Harder to predict but I think people will want to know how much more expensive building a house will be.

For non Americans it will be interesting to start to see how much is tariffed material is exported at higher prices after processing and how easily those suppliers acan be replaced with non American options.

For the Nat'l Assoc. of Homebuilders, a basic negotiation strategy might be to complain about a variety of issues and later offer some concessions (on drywall tariffs) while avoiding others (restricting illegal and cheap labor).
