Several wayward apostrophes where "it's" should be "its":

> it's theoretical capacity

Also a missing link:

I have a lustron home have replaced the roof with shingles also replaced the windows my parents bought this home and i inherited it put central air and a different furnace also. it is probrably over 70 years old and still standing in great shape . but as we know nothing lasts forever
